Mississippi Stud Progressive

Mississippi Stud Progressive is a five-card poker game in which you compete against a pay table, not against the Dealer, and you win if your Hand is a Pair of Jacks or better. The top payout is 500 to 1 for a Royal Flush - and it pays on all bets! Mississippi Stud Progressive also features a Progressive Bet that pays up to 100% of the jackpot for a Royal Flush.

The Bet

Mississippi Stud Progressive 1

Players begin by making an Ante Bet, and they have the option to place a bet in the optional 3 Card Bonus wager.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 2

The Play
Once all the Players have finished placing their bets, the Dealer deals two face-down cards to each Player and places 3 Community Cards face down in the middle of the layout.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 4

Once the Dealer has dealt all the cards, the Players have the choice of either folding or making a 3rd Street bet of 1x, 2x, or 3x the Ante. (If a Player chooses to fold, he forfeits all previous Bets in action)

In the Image below, the Left, Middle Left, and Middle Right Players decided to place a 1x the Ante bet on the 3rd Street bet. Because the Right Player knows he is going to win at least even odds, he places the maximum 3x the Ante bet on the 3rd Street bet.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 5

Once all the Players have placed their 3rd Street Bets, the Dealer then reveals the first Community Card.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 6

After the Dealer reveals the first Community Card, the Players have a choice: fold or make a 4th Street bet of 1x, 2x, or 3x the Ante.

In the Image below, the Left, Middle Left, and Middle Right Players decided to place a 1x the Ante bet on the 4th Street bet. Once again, because the Right Player knows he is going to win at least even odds, he places the maximum 3x the Ante bet on the 4th Street bet.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 7

Once all the Players have placed their 4th Street Bets, the Dealer then reveals the second Community Card.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 8

After the Dealer reveals the second Community Card, the Players again have the choice to either fold or stay in the game by making a 5th Street bet of 1x, 2x, or 3x the Ante.

In the Image below, the Left, Middle Left, and Right Players decided to place a 3x the Ante bet on the 5th Street bet. The Middle Right Player decided to place a 2x the Ante bet on the 5th Street bet.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 9

Once all the Players have placed their 5th Street Bets, the Dealer then reveals the third and final Community Card, and resolves all the wagers left in action.

Progressive Payout
Progressive winners are determined from the 2 Cards dealt to each Player and 3 Community Cards. The Optional Progressive Bet qualifies you for all or part of the increasing jackpot, and the bet wins with a Straight or better.

In the Image below, all 4 Players placed an Ante bet and a Progressive Bet.

Mississippi Stud Progressive 21
