Deposit Policy 

Effective October 1, 2017 a valid credit card deposit is required 48 hours prior to arrival date equal to one night’s room and tax or $50 for a complimentary room. Upon check-in, a major credit card or debit card is required for the total amount of room, tax and $50 for incidentals for the entire length of stay. If using a debit card, a hold for funds will be immediately placed on your checking account by your financial institution. Our suggestion is to authorize a credit card and pay with your debit card at check-out to avoid unnecessary holds on your account if you’d like to use a debit card.

Cancellation Policy 

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiting their deposit. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit of one night’s room and tax or $50 for a complimentary room.

Check-in and Check-out 

Check-in is after 4:00 pm CST. Check-out is before 11:00 am CST. Express and Electronic Check-Out is available.


All major credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Diner’s Club.


All room rates are subject to a 15.363% Room Tax, subject to change.


Complimentary Valet, Garage, or RV/Truck Parking is available.

Internet Availability

Complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.

Business Center

Complimentary access to the internet, PCs, and a printer.

Smoking Policy 

Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms.  A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room.
