Here at Final Cut, we have a wide array of masterfully prepared dishes to suit any occasion.  Get started with a delectable appetizer, the Bruschetta being one of the best in the St. Louis! Moving to the Entrees, we have the finest cuts of meat and the most tender filet of fish you'll find this side of the Mississippi. And there is nothing like topping it all off with a beautifully crafted dessert.

poached to perfection, chilled

Steaks 

These steaks are hand-trimmed and aged a
minimum of 21 days to ensure a superior cut
and flavor profile. All of our steaks are 
seasoned simply with salt and pepper prior to
broiling under intense heat and finished with an
herb compound butter to enhance their flavor.
