Need a morning pick-me-up? We're down at Hollywood & Grind this episode to see how Andrea makes the March drink special, a Salted Caramel Latte! First, Andrea pours and steams the milk to-order in a large metal cup. Then, she pours two pumps of mocha and two pumps of caramel into the coffee mug before stirring the mix while the shot is pulling to make sure the espresso is evenly mixing the syrup. Then, she adds the steamed milk into the espresso, and finishes the drink off by topping with whipped cream and a little bit of sea salt!
