This week on What's Cookin' @ Hollywood, Chef Patrick is at 99 Hops House to explain how he makes the famous Pork Mac 'n Cheese! To make this deliciously tasty dish, Chef Patrick first heats up a generous portion of noodles and then tosses them in 99 Hops House's special beer cheese sauce. Then, Chef Patrick adds the pulled pork that is smoked in cherry wood for 16 hours, and finishes the dish by topping it with toasted bread crumbs!
