Happy New Year! To start the new year off on a sweet note, Chef Sam Gesell is showing us how she makes the January Special for Final Cut Steakhouse, the Peach Cobbler! To make this incredibly rich dessert, Chef Sam tosses fresh peaches in some cinnamon and sugar, and then tops this delicious filling with house-made streusel topping. If that isn't enough dessert for you though, you can even add a scoop of ice cream on top!
