This week on What's Cookin' @ Hollywood, Jason Portman, the manager at Final Cut Steakhouse, is walking us through some of his favorite Chardonnay options that are available this summer! Our first Chardonnay is the Disruption Chardonnay, which comes to us all the way from Washington state. Disruption winery uses grapes picked from the calcium rich Ancient Lakes AVA to create this crisp, clean, low-to-medium acid level Chardonnay. This wine, while delicious on its own, is also the perfect pairing for many of our summer specialties! 

Our next Chardonnay option is the Jayson Chardonnay from Pahlmeyer winery! From the Napa Valley, the hand-sorted grapes undergo native yeast barrel fermentation as well as malo-lactic fermentation to create the perfect buttery, crisp Chardonnay that pairs perfectly with sea scallops or Final Cut Steakhouse's new seasonal soft polenta!
