This week, Chef Patrick is walking us through our Summertime BBQ and smoked specials available at 99 Hops House! Our first BBQ item is the BBQ Pork Shoulder! After dry rubbed with our special blend of spices, the pork shoulder rests in the cooler overnight, smokes for 16 hours over hickory wood at 190 degrees, and is topped with our famous BBQ sauce right before serving. The combination of slow cooking and marinating ensure that our BBQ items retain all their juices and flavors for a delicious succulent bite every time! In addition to our BBQ Pork Shoulder, 99 Hops House is offering Baby Back Pork Ribs and Smoked Beef Brisket, both of which are prepared in the same way as our BBQ Pork Shoulder to achieve not only maximum flavor but also a tender, fall-off-the-bone meat!
