Kayla is back in Final Cut Steakhouse to try the Periodista martini! Believed to be a Cuban cocktail from the 1920s or 30s, the Periodista is a unique drink because of its unexpected use of apricot liqueur. To make the Periodista, our bartender Jane mixes together Hamilton rum, Cointreau Triple Sec, Apricot Schnapps, some fresh lime juice, and a splash of simple syrup, and then finishes this shaken not stirred martini with a garnish of lime!
